Dylan has breakfast with Helena and her children. After the children's swimming lessons and departure for New York, Helena meets Dylan at her studio. Danny is out of town on assignment, and Dylan begins playing with her camera. Dylan manipulates the situation so that Helena is filmed while roleplaying during foreplay in such a way as to look like she is coercing Dylan into sex before she'll produce her film. As Helena leaves, she tells Dylan that she's making arrangements to invest some of her own money in the film to supplement what the studio will provide. After Helena' leaves, Danny steps out of a side room and asks Dylan if she got the film. Unhappy and guilty, Dylan says she did and leaves the room. The next morning, Helena is served with papers notifying her that Dylan is suing her for sexual harassment.
