Helena is relaxing poolside when her security system alerts her someone is at the front gate. It is Dylan who drops off an envelope. By the time Helena rushes to the gate, Dylan has driven off, apparently with all her possessions packed in the car.  The box contains the incriminating tape and a tape from Dylan. The envelope contains the torn check that was the initial payment from the lawsuit. The tape from Dylan is an apology and and an explanation. However, Helena still finds the affair too painful and mutes the tape.
